Emelie Eldracher is the 2025 Female Para Athlete of the Year and a four-year member of Team USA's Mixed PR3 4+, earning silver medals at both the 2024 Paralympic Games and the 2023 World Championships.

Her experience spans over 11 years and 7 countries, but mentorship and working with coxswains is central to Em's love for the sport. She is the creator of CrewcialCox, a free resource platform for coxswains featuring technical tips, drills, and recordings.

Her collegiate coxing career bridges both Cambridges. She coxed Division I for MIT's women's program from 2018 to 2023 and the men's team from 2023 to 2024. She served as captain in 2021–2022 and earned MVP. In 2026, she raced for the University of Cambridge Women's team.

At MIT, Emelie's Master's Thesis applied AI skeletal tracking to demonstrate the convergence of the PR1 and PR2 Para Rowing classifications following a 2018 rule change.

She looks forward to working with the next generation of coxswains to grow their technical skills and work through the recruitment process!
